Prints + Stationery

Unused and unopened stationary products or prints may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Prints must be returned in the same way they were received and returned in a similar packaging manner they were received. 

If you wish to return an item that was gifted to you, please contact returns@femininesacred.com.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Regardless of the date an order is placed, if the original form of payment has expired at the time a refund for a return is processed, a store credit will be issued and a refund will not be provided.

Please note refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Feminine Sacred is not responsible for any damages that occur once you have taken ownership of the product.

All claims for damages must be reported to Feminine Sacred within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. Providing supporting photos/documentation is required for all damages. After a review of your request, we will either replace the damaged / missing goods or process a refund to your card. Only the exact items from the original order can be replaced.

Exchanges may be made for any item that is eligible for a return as outlined above. Any cost difference between the consumer and Feminine Sacred, LLC. will be either credited to the consumer or due at the time of the exchange.

Crystals

Each crystal is unique and hand selected at the time of purchase. Due to the energetic nature of this product, all crystal sales are final, as we do not sell used crystals. However, it is also important that you are thrilled with your purchase. If you discover your crystal to have a significant defect please contact customer care at customercare@femininesacred.com within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise and a team member will be responsive to your concern.
